If you want to return your backpack, email us, let us know why you and the backpack weren’t vibing, and we will send you a return label.

As per our policy, digital products (COURSES) that are downloadable, licensed, or accessed on a subscription basis can’t be returned, and is NON-REFUNDABLE.

To obtain a refund for merchandise or Travsessed Backpack, the customer has to provide their online order number and information to Customer service.
